Camp Community

Old-fashioned, nostalgic charm describes our Indian Springs community. The 140-acre grounds are a combination of eclectic cottages with various architectural styles, together with visitor housing in the century-old hotel and other buildings. At the height of our encampment, almost 3,000 persons reside on the campground.

There are approximately 150 cottages on the grounds as well as concrete pads for RV hook-ups. Other buildings include several open-air tabernacles, cafeteria, hotel, “Snackateria”, bookstore, post office and business office.

The pace of life slows down as one steps aside from the daily rush. Our relaxed and rural community setting provides the opportunity for spiritual refreshment and renewal.

Comfortable, "camp meeting style" accommodations are available on the campground at costs to fit everyone's budget.  Staying on the campground enhances the camp meeting experience.

Different types of accommodations are: Hotel, Motel, Annexes, Youth Dorms and RV & Trailer Park. Contact information is shown.

All services are held in an open-air tabernacle with convenient restroom facilities. The Main Tabernacle has a unique air-conditioning system that reduces the temperature and relative humidity under the Tabernacle for greater comfort during the services.  Each age group has its own respective tabernacle for daily programs: NurseryChildren, 'Tweens, Youth and Adults.

Residents and visitors are invited to enjoy the food and fellowship in our air-conditioned Cafeteria for three meals a day. Our Southern fare is very reasonably priced and well balanced. First-time visitors may enjoy a free lunch on us!  Just come to the Cafeteria, and we'll show you around!

Breakfast: 8:00 – 8:30 am; Lunch: 12:30 – 1:15 pm; Dinner: 5:45 – 6:30 pm.

Lighter meals, such as hamburgers and sandwiches are served at the Snackateria. In addition, cold drinks, snacks and ice cream are available. The Snackateria is open after each evening service. This is a great place for informal socializing with friends in a relaxed atmosphere!  The Snackateria is famous for their Peach Shakes!

Our Bookstore has gift items and books on a variety of spiritual topics. We have many titles for all ages on issues and topics across a broad spectrum of Christian life. Additionally, a number of our books contain information on the theology of holiness that are out of print, or are not generally available elsewhere. The Bookstore is closed during services and each Sunday.

School Sponsored Cottages & Connections

There are three academic institutions which have been strongly affiliated with Indian Springs:  Asbury UniversityWesley Biblical Seminary and Kentucky Mountain Bible College.  Each of these institutions of higher learning promotes a holiness-based doctrine that is also preached and taught at Indian Springs.

Asbury University and Wesley Biblical Seminary have cottages on our campground which become welcoming havens for inquiring students, present students or alumni.

During camp, representatives from these schools are present to answer questions from parents or prospective students about their programs, curriculum, and activities.  In addition, each school has an evening reception for fellowship and learning about current activities.
