Missionaries: Rev. Leroy and Kay Lindsey
Serving In: Mexico
Missions Agency: OMS International
Current News: The Lindsey’s are back in Mexico City experiencing the first of winter chills. They recently participated in a weekend ministry trip sponsored by the Francis Asbury Society in Paraguay. It was a weekend of many blessings as they saw pastors and leaders crying out to God for holiness of heart. In early November, they led several workshops and one-day retreats for men and women groups in trip to Northern Mexico.
The Lindsey’s work load is very strenuous. Leroy is presently Seminary President and Missions Field Director. He is teaching a double load and assisting on the pastoral staff. Lori is also teaching at the Seminary.

Biographical Information: When Leroy Lindsey was a child growing up in California and northern Mexico, he never dreamed that his exposures to Mexican cultures would be the foundation of nearly 19 years service to Mexico.
Dr. and Mrs. Leroy Lindsey have spent the last eight years ministering at the OMS-sponsored Biblical Seminary in Mexico City. Leroy serves as Rector of the seminary and teaches theology and Bible. His wife, Kay, is professor of Christian Education and Assistant to the Dean-Registrar.
Due to their fluency in Spanish and their personal friendships among the Mexican people, the Lindsey’s were prepared to assist with the local churches that OMS International had established in Mexico City. Dr. Lindsey is sought out as a preacher and conducts marriage seminars. He also teaches master’s classes and seminars in Mexico and other Latin American countries. A dynamic communicator, Kay conducts workshops for teachers and is active in women’s ministries and counseling.
The Lindsey’s have two grown children and three grandchildren who reside in New Jersey.
