The Gamble-Atkins Motel is a 16-unit, single level facility located at the heart of the campground. Each air-conditioned room has two full-sized beds, dresser, bedside table and private bath with bathtub. Parking spaces are conveniently located in front of each unit.

Linens are provided for guests. Trash is emptied and fresh towels are supplied each morning, but guests are responsible for their own housekeeping. Cooking utensils such as hot plates, toasters or microwave ovens are not allowed in the motel rooms. Coolers are allowed; ice may be purchased off site.

Motel rooms are reserved on a first-come, first-served basis. Preference is given to guests with special physical needs. The Hotel/Motel Manager reserves the right to move Motel guests to Hotel if an elderly or handicapped guest requires a room with a private bath or fewer stairs and no other room is available.

Check in time is 1:00 pm; check out time is 11:00 am. We are unable to check in Motel guests before 1:00 pm on the first day of camp (Thursday, July 10, 2008). Motel guests should check out by noon on Monday after the last Sunday of camp (Monday, July 21, 2008). Upon arrival, Motel guests should register in the Hotel Office.

Motel rooms are $40 per night. Reservations can be made any time after January 1, 2008, and through camp meeting. Reservations must be confirmed with a $25 minimum deposit by May 31, 2008. Rooms not confirmed by the deadline will be considered vacant and available for other guests without notification. All rooms must be occupied by at least one adult age 19 or older.

Guests interested in staying in the Gamble-Atkins Motel should contact Paige Medlock by May 31, 2008, and send a $25 minimum deposit by that date for reservations. Due to the popularity of these facilities, there is typically a waiting list for accommodations.
