How often do you ask God for something that He gave you the capacity and capability to achieve/make for yourself? Dave Ward opens with a challenge that we actively spoil and destroy the character of our children if we do all those things they could do for themselves. How much more applicable is this in the context of Jesus giving us everything we need to make disciples for Him?
