Young Adult Ministry

Note:  Workshop (10/11-13/24)) is canceled.  Payments will be refunded.

This new ministry, for 20s and 30s, founded in 2018, bridges the gap between youth and young adults.

It serves as a transition point to engage young adults in fruitful conversation and study while engaging more deeply with the larger adult services in the Main Tabernacle.

Through our conversations, we will integrate what we know of the Gospel with the world around us.

Join us for a weekend focused on living into Christ’s invitation to be persons of peace.  Together we will explore how to find peace in all of life’s circumstances and how to bring that peace with us wherever we go.  If you find yourself full of anxiety, worry or just want to rest more fully into the peace found only in Christ, come and let the Lord comfort you.

Program Highlights During Camp Meeting

We meet in the mornings at 8 am at the Crouse Porch (Cabin 137), across from Winky’s shop, and in the evenings at 9:30 pm in the Main Tabernacle.  Check the Bridge Schedule (CLICK HERE) for a guide to the week’s events.  We have lots of discussion time, a couple of worship nights, and will take Communion Saturday to end our time together.

We emphasize the need for time to process through what we’re hearing in the Main Tab and create space to do that together so that the Holy Spirit can continue to mold us into the men and women he’s created us to be.  Our mornings are just for young adults, but our evening gatherings are open to anyone from the camp community who has a desire to worship and further discuss the sermons together.

Meredith holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Bible & Theology from Asbury University and a Masters of Divinity from Wesley Biblical Seminary.
